Product Composition
- Water sampling unit
The main function of the water sampling unit is to ensure that the water samples at the water sampling point are led to the monitoring system instrument room under any circumstances and meet the needs of the drainage unit and analytical instruments. The water sampling unit generally includes water sampling structures, water sampling pumps, water sampling pipelines, cleaning equipment and insulation equipment. The water sampling system adopts dual-circuit water sampling, and the running status of the water pump can be controlled by the program. It can also protect itself in the event of a power outage and automatically recover when the power is on again.
- Pretreatment and water distribution unit
The system settles the raw water according to the suspended matter situation of the on-site water sample, and then passes the still water sample through a high-precision filter element for precise filtration. The filtered water sample is then provided to the instrument for analysis and testing.
- Detection and analysis unit
The automatic water quality analysis unit is the core part of the fixed water quality monitoring system, which is composed of automatic detection instruments that meet the requirements of various detection items. The selection principle of the instrument type is that the instrument measurement range meets the water quality analysis requirements, and the measurement results are consistent with the standard method; the instrument structure is reasonable and the performance is stable; the operating cost is reasonable, the maintenance is small, and the maintenance cost is low; and there is less secondary pollution.
- Automatic control unit
The system control unit is composed of base station control software and industrial control computer hardware.
